● Sales Department:
For the first 2–3 weeks, you’ll focus on classroom-based training. After that, you’ll spend about 2–6 months engaged in sales operations to deepen your understanding of financial flows and business processes. From around the third month onward, you’ll gradually begin making client visits.
● Sales Administration Department:
After 2–3 weeks of classroom training, you’ll learn sales administrative tasks through on-the-job training (OJT). You will gradually take on your own projects step by step.
Salary is reviewed once a year based on performance and achievement of goals.
Bonuses are paid twice a year.
In the sales administration department, there is generally no weekend or holiday work.
In the sales department, there may be occasional work due to business trips, but this is arranged in advance.
