I am Shingo Hayashida, and as of March 19, 2026, I have assumed the position of President and Representative Director of M-Prom Co., Ltd.
As I take on this role, I sincerely recognize the weight of this responsibility and am determined to devote my utmost efforts to the further development of our business and the enhancement of our corporate value. While steadily carrying forward the traditions and achievements built by my predecessors, I will strive to accurately respond to the changes of the times and work together with all employees to achieve sustainable growth.
In recent years, in order to meet rapidly changing customer needs, we have focused not only on addressing clearly identified requirements, but also on deeply exploring latent challenges that customers themselves may not yet recognize. We believe that our unique value lies in fulfilling a role that responds to the diverse needs of our customers, without being limited to the conventional framework of steel products. Based on this belief, we have continued to expand our product lineup. At the same time, we have not limited ourselves to simply increasing the products we handle, but have also made ongoing efforts to improve our product knowledge and expertise each day, with the aim of becoming a group of professionals capable of delivering true value.
Going forward, we will continue to take on challenges and create new value, without being bound by the conventional concept of a “trading company,” with the goal of remaining an “unobtrusive yet indispensable presence.”

Using the silhouette of the initial “E” as its foundation, the logo forms an infinity symbol “∞” that represents the circulation and continuity of goods. Through this design, it expresses the company’s enduring reliability and expertise, cultivated over time, being passed on seamlessly into the future—symbolizing both sustainability and a virtuous cycle.
It also incorporates a pictogram-like silhouette of people reaching out and joining hands, embodying the warmth and spirit of co-creation that arise from collaboration with partners and communities in Japan and around the world. As a symbolic mark, it inspires in viewers a sense of reassurance and anticipation toward connection and expansion.
At first glance, we may appear to be a traditional trading company — but at Emprom Co., Ltd., we see ourselves as something closer to a manufacturer without a factory. Rather than simply sourcing and selling products, our true value lies in co-designing optimal solutions with manufacturers to directly address the challenges and needs of our clients.
In addition to our long-standing experience in handling various wires and specialty welded mesh, we have expanded our product lineup to include carbon and stainless steel ropes, various steel sheets, resins, and even fabrics. Our aim is to become a comprehensive trading company that can respond to a broader range of customer demands. Our strength lies in our flexibility — extending beyond the boundaries of materials and components.
In recent years, we’ve also focused on enhancing our internal operations by actively implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and BI (Business Intelligence) tools, and driving DX (Digital Transformation) across the company. Even in a rapidly changing environment, we continue to evolve our internal systems to build an agile and adaptable organization.
